회사의 네브르(NEVR) 서비스와 연동된 계정의 경우, 관객 메시지가 네브르 서비스 서버(카페24, 국내)에 함께 기록되며 그 운영 기록이 아래와 같이 국외로 이전됩니다.

This service processes audience messages for three purposes: (1) real-time delivery to the performer; (2) protection of the service and other users — retaining records to respond to abusive use that disrupts performances or harms others; (3) fact-finding in disputes and cooperation with lawful requests from authorities. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or user analytics.
Incoming message text is stored in our database so the performer can review it during a show. We store the message body (up to 200 characters), the timestamp, and the sender's internal Instagram identifier (sender ID) — never the sender's username, name, or profile picture. It is accessible to that performer and to the service operator, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted from this service when the performer clears the list in the app, or within 7 days of an emailed request. No automatic deletion schedule is applied.
Data is stored in a database provided by Supabase Inc., hosted in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Supabase processes the data solely on our instructions under a Data Processing Agreement and does not use it for its own purposes. Because this database is essential to the service, opting out of this transfer means the service cannot be provided; such a request is handled as termination and deletion of stored data. For accounts linked to our NEVR service, audience messages are also recorded on the NEVR service server (Cafe24, Republic of Korea) and those operational records are transferred to Google Sheets, provided by Google LLC (United States) acting solely as our service provider; the sheet retains the most recent 2,000 entries.
